Inspired by the sleek, agile predator it’s named after, the Caracal knife is a refined evolution of the original Ratel design—lighter in hand, slimmer through the blade, and built with an emphasis on precision and elegance. Where the Ratel is bold and rugged, the Caracal moves with purpose and grace, offering a more controlled, responsive feel without sacrificing capability.
 
The blade features a VG-10 core stainless steel, delivering excellent edge retention and dependable all-round performance, clad in beautifully patterned stainless Damascus steel from Takefu, Japan. The flowing layers not only provide corrosion resistance but give the knife a distinctive, eye-catching character that sets it apart.
 
A hidden tang knife construction keeps the profile clean and balanced, paired with a warm bronze finger guard that adds both subtle contrast and functional security. The handle is crafted from stabilised maple burl, each piece uniquely figured, complemented by bronze and vulcanised fibre liners and finished with a mosaic pin for a touch of detail. Fine filework on the spine completes the piece, showcasing the craftsmanship throughout.
 
Each knife is supplied with a custom-fitted, hand-tooled leather sheath, providing secure carry and long-lasting durability in the field.
