Any dispute arising under these Terms & Conditions will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Carinthia, Austria. For EU countries, an eventual conflict between seller and buyer could be resolved with the EU website Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).

  • You may only access our website for legal purposes. You may not use it to post, submit or transmit any material that is; threatening, discriminatory, obscene, offensive, in breach of confidence or privacy, technically harmful, fraudulent or interferes with the normal operation of the website.

  • The use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information, products or services that your purchase through this website meet your specific requirements.

Payment Terms

  • Items purchased from the website will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.

  • Work on personalised or made-to-order products will only commence once 50% payment has been received. These personalised or made-to-order products will only shipped once full payment has been received.

Product Information

  • BALETA Handmade endeavour to be as accurate as possible with all product information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current.

  • Please be aware that due to the nature products (handmade and using natural materials), there will be occasional flaws or inconsistencies in the product that are not necessarily represented in the images or descriptions. These flaws or inconsistencies are not seen as faults of the product and cannot be used as a basis for returning the item.

  • We try and provide images of the products that are as close a representation of the real item as possible (colors, hue, shade etc.).

  • Occasionally, there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times and availability.
