The SpeedLine 5.0" Utility - a smaller, general purpose knife for the kitchen.
In Bohler N690 stainless steel - a proven high-end knife steel that will outperform just about all factory produced knives. With a generous, rounded handle, a rounded spine and finger guard/choil - this knife can be used all day. Customer choice of stainless steel, brass or nickel silver Corby bolts front and back of the handle and pins in the centre. The handle is in a synthetic (Micarta or Juma Gem) or oiled hardwood of customer choice. The balance point of this knife is more towards the handle - between the pins and front bolt.
A no-nonsense kitchen tool thatwill be delivered razor sharp, certainly looks the part and will last a lifetime!
